About
About Belavo
Real people, real passions, every face verified. That’s what people like us have always loved.
Belavo in one breath
A members-only app for meeting people, as friends, for a relationship, or either way, through what you love. Here, everyone shows, not tells.
How it works
Three passions
Pick the three you’d never give up, and show a real moment of you doing each: a photo or a short video.
One private selfie
A short video selfie confirms you’re the person in your photos. It never appears on your profile.
Your five
At 7 AM and 5 PM, five people arrive, picked by your passions. Each five stays for 24 hours.
A note, not a swipe
Start with a note on one piece of someone’s evidence or one of their places. If they reply, you’re connected.
What you won’t find here
- No swiping and no endless feed. Five people, twice a day, and an honest empty state instead of filler.
- No fakes. Every member completes the face check, and evidence is checked for stock photos, AI images and screenshots.
- No ads, no paid boosts, no paying to be seen. One membership, paid through Apple.
- We never sell your information and never show your exact location. See the Privacy Policy.
One city at a time
Belavo opens in San Francisco first, so everyone you meet is close. Other cities get a waitlist and open when enough people are waiting. See the Waitlist & Referral Terms.
Safety comes with the room
Reports are anonymous, and a real person on our team reviews every one. Read our Community Guidelines and Safety Tips before you meet anyone.
